No private health insurance? No problem. Many of our clients choose to see us privately for personalised, one-on-one care. You’ll receive a clear breakdown of fees before your appointment, with no surprises.

EPC Referrals Accepted
If your GP has created a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan (formerly known as an EPC), you can access physiotherapy at M1 Physio with a small gap fee of just $30 per appointment. This makes high-quality, ongoing care more affordable and accessible.
Your care plan allows Medicare to subsidise part of your session cost, while our physiotherapists work closely with your GP to ensure your treatment is coordinated, effective, and tailored to your health goals.

Workers Compensation
If you’ve been injured at work, M1 Physio is here to support your recovery every step of the way. We work closely with your GP, insurer, and workplace to ensure your treatment is smooth, timely, and fully coordinated.
With a valid GP referral for physiotherapy, we can begin treatment under your workers compensation claim. Our team will handle the communication with your insurer, submit progress reports, and help guide you through the approval process—so you can focus on getting better.
Your physiotherapist will design a personalised rehabilitation plan aimed at reducing pain, restoring function, and helping you safely return to work. We provide evidence-based care, regular updates to all parties, and a supportive environment to help you achieve your recovery goals.

Motor Vehicle Accidents (ICWA)
If you’ve been involved in a motor vehicle accident, our team at M1 Physio is here to support your recovery with compassionate, evidence-based care. We work closely with your GP and insurer to ensure a smooth and stress-free treatment process.
To begin physiotherapy under an MVA claim, simply bring your GP referral and claim number to your appointment. With these details, we can confirm your coverage, communicate with your insurer, and get your treatment started without delay.
Your physiotherapist will create a tailored rehabilitation program focused on reducing pain, restoring movement, and helping you return to your daily activities safely and confidently.

Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA)
We welcome Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) clients and offer physiotherapy services fully covered under your DVA entitlements.
If you hold a DVA Gold Card or a DVA White Card (for approved conditions), you can access physiotherapy with no out-of-pocket cost.
All you need is a current referral from your GP, and our team will take care of the rest.
We liaise directly with DVA regarding approvals and billing, allowing you to focus entirely on your health and recovery.
NDIS Self Managed Participants
At M1 Physio, we proudly support NDIS self-managed participants seeking high-quality, personalised physiotherapy care.
If you manage your own NDIS funding, you have full choice and control over the providers you work with—and we’re here to make your experience simple, transparent, and supportive.
As a self-managed participant, you can book directly with us without needing prior approval. After each session, we’ll provide a detailed invoice so you can easily claim your reimbursement through the NDIS portal.
Our physiotherapists work closely with you to understand your goals—whether that’s improving mobility, building strength, managing pain, or increasing independence. We tailor every treatment plan to your individual needs, ensuring your therapy is meaningful, effective, and aligned with your NDIS goals.
